Quotes
- Quotes are free unless we state otherwise in writing (for example a paid survey on a large commercial site).

- Prices assume normal access to the boundary and ground conditions described at enquiry. Additional work discovered on site will be quoted before proceeding.

Customer responsibilities

- Planning and boundaries: You are responsible for compliance with planning rules, permitted development limits (including fence height on front and rear boundaries), and party wall or boundary disputes. We install to the specification in your quote; legal compliance remains your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- Notify us of underground services (gas, electric, water) where relevant before post digging.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. We may request a deposit for materials on larger installations. Late payment may delay further work and could incur reasonable recovery costs permitted by law.
Cancellation and changes
Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or postpone booked work. Deposits for ordered materials may be non-refundable if goods have been purchased to your specification. Changes to scope after work starts require a written variation to the quote.
Warranties and defects
We install fencing to the agreed specification using suitable materials for domestic or commercial use as quoted. Report defects in workmanship within a reasonable period after completion so we can inspect. Natural movement of timber, weathering, and normal maintenance (for example treating timber) are not defects unless otherwise stated.
Liability
We hold appropriate public liability insurance for our trade. Our liability for loss arising from our negligence is limited to the value of the contract for that job, except where law does not allow such limitation (including death or personal injury caused by negligence). We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supplier failure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
